1. Who we are

CardPreGrading.com (“CPG”, “we”, “us”) is operated by CardPreGrading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@cardpregrading.com.

2. Service description

CPG is a pay-per-scan tool that estimates the likely grade of a trading card based on user-provided photos and a guided defect review. CPG provides estimates, not guarantees. CPG does not grade cards on behalf of any third-party grading service.

3. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information at signup.

4. Pricing & credits

Scans are paid via credit packs purchased from CPG via Stripe. Credits do not expire. Prices are displayed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Pricing may change with reasonable notice for future purchases; existing credits are honoured.

5. Refunds

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable except where the system fails on our side, in which case the credit is automatically returned. See our refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or scrape-like our API or pages; bypass rate limits; reverse-engineer the scoring pipeline; misrepresent ownership of cards; submit unlawful content; or use the service to commit fraud (e.g., misrepresenting a CPG report in a sale).

7. User content & data

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, revocable licence to process those photos for the sole purpose of producing your report. We delete photos when you delete the report or your account.

8. Accuracy & liability

CPG provides estimates only. We do not guarantee any specific grade outcome. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Trademarks

Pokemon, PSA, ACE, BGS, CGC, and related marks belong to their respective owners. CPG is not affiliated with any of them. References to third-party trademarks are nominative use only.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or suspected fraud, with reasonable notice where practicable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
